Con Season – The Pull – 4-5-16
Con season is getting closer and closer. In fact, it’s already started in some cities. It’s usually this time of year that Kansas City hosts its own comic convention, Planet Comicon. However, the people who run the show made a smart move and moved it out a couple months. It turns out, the convention overlapped with both the Big XII tournament and a cheer leading competition, all sharing the same square mile area. As you could imagine, parking was a nightmare.
Having a late-May con is going to be awesome. The weather will be beautiful and so will the atmosphere. Each year this convention has been growing substantially. More and more talent is visiting the show. This year Stan Lee and Kevin Smith will join in on the fun. As the convention grows and becomes more popular, I hope to see more and more top-tier talent joining us.
