All right, folks. This is going to be a great week. As I have stated before, TMNT has been fantastic. This is a fun and entertaining book that any self-respecting turtles fan should be reading. There is not really anything that I can say is bad about this book. The story is great and the art is awesome no matter who is on the job. The City Fall arc is over and we are now dealing with the consequences of it; and things couldn’t be more confusing and dangerous for our turtles. This is good reading.
Meanwhile, Image is giving me three great books this week. The Walking Dead’s huge All Out War arc is coming to an end and I can’t wait to see what Mr. Kirkman has in store for us. Thinking of what may happen in issue #126 only makes me think of that last amazing splash page we saw a couple weeks ago. This is some great storytelling.
Finally we end with Marvel. I have loved Bendis’ run of Guardians of the Galaxy so far. It’is fun, it’s beautiful, and it’s fantastic. If you plan on watching the upcoming Guardians movie this summer, consider this run your prerequisite.
